Those early recordings, the cult \u003cem\u003eIncantation\u003c\/em\u003e EP, and additional material were later collected on \u003cem\u003eIn the Embrace of Evil\u003c\/em\u003e—an essential document of the band’s short but enormously influential existence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrotesque would become one of the crucial roots of the Gothenburg death metal movement.
