Scasm is a U.S. brutal death metal / gore-influenced band known for short, punishing tracks built around heavy riffs, guttural vocals, and crude, violent humor typical of underground slam and goregrind scenes. Their sound blends elements of slam death metal, brutal death, and goregrind, with fast bursts of aggression and groove-driven brutality.

Released in January 2025, Bludgeoned Beyond Repair is the band’s first full-length album, issued on CD through Gutter Christ Productions. The album runs about 19 minutes across nine tracks, delivering compact, high-impact songs that emphasize crushing riffs and grotesque lyrical themes
